RETURN POLICY
1. In order to procees this request, you MUST include a copy of our invoice. RMA request faxed without an invoice WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
2. RMA Numbers are good for 10 days only ; after which the RMA will NOT be processed.
3. Any NEW FACTORY SEALED item once opened cannot qualify for an RMA.
4. A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged for all NON DETECTIVE RETURNS.
5. Make sure that all the above required fields are filled correctly in order to process the RMA.
6. ALL RMAS SHOULD BE SENT ON THE SENDERS SHIPPING ACCOUNT OR PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
