Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. It is Compu America's policy not to accept any foreign credit cards.(Please note: We will only ship international orders with wire transfer. See details below).

For Domestic order, we will not charge your credit card until your product ships. We use the latest encryption technology to ensure the security of your credit card information.

Compu-America will only ship to the billing address of your credit card. To ship to a secondary address please contact your credit card company and have them note the alternate shipping address. This procedure will not affect your billing information whatsoever, and will be automatically be deleted from your account within 24 hours. Our policy protects you, the consumer against credit card fraud, and only takes a moment of your time. Please pay notice that it is the customer's responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses. By not following these procedures your order will be delayed in shipping

C.O.D Cashier's Checks
C.O.D Cashiers' Checks will only be accepted by our domestic customers. Please fax a copy of the cashiers check to (310)642-8200 and indicate the order number as well as the bank's telephone number to have your order shipped out. We will not be able to process your order without receiving a faxed copy of your check. Please don't mail us the check. It must be present at the time of delivery of your equipment by the mail carrier. if you need more information on how to order using a C.O.D Cashiers' Check method of payment, please call one of our Sales Representatives at 1-800-533-9005 from 8:00AM to 6PM. Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.

Prepay Personal and Company Checks
If you prefer to pay by check, we're happy to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified. Product availability may be affected by this delay. Orders paid by check will be released to our warehouse after payment has been cleared by the bank. Please allow 2 weeks to process the order upon receipt of the check.

Prepayments by Wire Transfer
Prepayments by Wire Transfer are possible by transferring funds to our account. There will be a $30 USD charge for International orders. Your order will be shipped within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival to our bank account.
